Dr. Saquib Mahmud
Vice President, Healthcare Quality
Dr. Mahmud brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management and quality improvement to his role with DocGo. Dr. Mahmud oversees quality programs, as well as overseeing clinical operations and training & education.

Les Polk
National Director of Clinical Excellence
Les Polk has worked in EMS for 20 years. He has served as an EMT, paramedic, and leader in EMS organizations in NY, NJ, and PA. He currently serves as National Director of Clinical Excellence for DocGo and Ambulnz by DocGo. He has received an Associates in Applied Science Degree from Union County College in Plainfield, NJ and completed his paramedic education at the Freda and Robert N. Brown Paramedic Program with clinical sponsorship from RWJBH. He has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science with a concentration in Biology and a minor in Music from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He completed Graduate Coursework in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has received a Master of Science in Health Science Degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. concentrating in EMS Leadership. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Paramedic Executives.

Louis Imperatrice
National Manager of Clinical Excellence
Louis has been a NJ Paramedic since 2009 and has served in several roles in NJ & PA including paramedic, field training officer, preceptor, and critical care paramedic. Louis is an experienced educator and subject matter expert in various areas of EMS leadership having delivered presentations at several National EMS Conferences across the country. Louis is American Heart Association Faculty, NAEMT PHTLS Faculty, and holds many additional EMS Instructor Credentials in varying disciplines. In his current role, Louis oversees Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Training & Education for the various DocGo EMS markets spanning 8 states across the country.

Travis Jenkins
National Manager of Clinical Excellence
Travis is an experienced paramedic & educator having worked in several EMS roles as well as in-hospital anesthesia services. Travis is a licensed EMS Education Program Director in TN. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Care with a Master of Business Administration and in his current role oversees provider licensing & credentialing, accreditation processes, educational course development, and manages the DocGo Learning Management System.

Daniel Gardner is an experienced paramedic with a focus on quality management & quality improvement. Dan oversees the DocGo EMS QA/QI program using proprietary software to guide QA/QI and provide data driven insights to EMS leaders on where and how to make quality and clinical improvement.
